HYPERTENSION [High Blood Pressure]
hypertension (high blood pressure)–related signs and symptoms 👇
🩺 Early Stage (often asymptomatic)
Usually no symptoms — hypertension is called the “silent killer” because many people don’t feel anything even when BP is high.

Often at the back of the head (occipital)
Worse in the morning and improves during the day

8. Chest pain or tightness
May indicate cardiac involvement (angina, left ventricular hypertrophy)
